  1.This is the final schedule for January-April 2000; note the changes.
  2.Scientific requests totaled 165 nights, but only 121 nights are available, so the oversubscription is a factor of 1.36.
  3.The following upgrades were completed in October and November 1999: new friction-free support for each primary mirror, new
    5-axis mount and spider for each secondary mirror, new laser metrology beam and computer control for each long delay line,
    improved yaw control for dihedral on currently active long delay line, and new acquisition TV cameras with  frame-integration
   option.
  4.A new Fluor Labview control system was installed and is now debugged.
  5.We will install new relay mirrors and 3rd telescope optics in Jan 2000.
  6.We expect to install the new Picnic detector system, and new VxWorks IOTA control system starting 24 April 2000.
