table_colnum - look up a column in a table header.

SYNOPSIS

#include <../tablelib/table.h>

 int table_colnum(TableHead table, char *name);
 

• TableHead table - table to lookup column in.
• char *name - name of the column to lookup.

Look up name in the table and return its column number.

Returns the column number of name or 0 if name is not a column of table.
