xytorttable - convert a pair of columns in cartesain coordinates to polar coordinates.

SYNOPSYS

        xytorttable ~X~ ~Y~ ~R~ ~T~ < tablefile

Convert a pair of columns named in the first two arguments on the command line from cartesain coordinates to polar coordinates output in the columns named in the second two arguments on the command line.
