If reading from multiple files, put filename(s) after
all other arguments.
- x range
- Range of x coordinate values. If 0, print all columns.
If reading multiple files, this must be on the command line before the
filenames. Note that range combination of "0 0" only works in the presence of
-l or -g.

- y range
- Range of y coordinate values. If 0, print all rows.

- Print only pixels the values of which are greater than num.
Coordinates are printed with each pixel value.

- Number of pixel values output per line, if different then number in range.

two-dimensional section of an image is being printed.
