3. Get patch from image and label pixels

4. Get pixels from image with values less than a limit
Find out how many pixels there are in image test.fit with values
less than -1000. 0 0 indicates that the entire image should
be checked.
$ getpix -l -1000 test.fit 0 0 | wc -l
2570
Find out how many pixels there are in image test.fit with values
less than -10000.
$ getpix -l -10000 test.fit 0 0 | wc -l
1442
